Sanacorp intensily focuses on implementing projects related to energy and mining development in addition to assisting foreign companies on market entry strategies and implementing trade and investment in the East Africa region.
Our staff has managed and created communications projects for national, municipal and foreign governments, including regional organizations on export and investment promotions, political campaigns, trade, tourism, enterprise development, education, commercial development, health and poverty eradication.
In addition, we have managed and worked on projects for national and municipal governments and regional organizations on export and investment promotion strategies, economic development policies, enterprise restructuring and privatization, and institutional development, capacity building and change management.
